The Spring Fair Houten celebrates its 25th anniversary…


Last year, the organization was known by now world Event announced that it will be open in 2020 for three days. The Start the new pigeon racing season this year starts on Friday, February 28th.

The complete opening times:
Friday, February 28 from 16 to 20 indicator
Saturday, February 29 of 9h to 17h
Sunday, March 1 9 – 14 o'clock.


25th anniversary celebration on Friday, February 28
In addition to the numerous registrations and questions from exhibitors, there are questions from Visitors from all over the world for the additional opening day. The spring fair is Open on Friday February 28th from 4pm. The organization is more than happy to provide snacks for visitors coming on Friday. The idea of the free snacks will be provided by the visitors with whom the organization in Contact was, at least appreciated in terms of taste.
Not all pigeon stands will be occupied on Friday. A logical one history because they want the bred youngsters in on Saturday display excellent condition. This Friday afternoon and Evening is time for a small party and the exhibitors and the organization spoil the visitor with a snack and drinks. The companies Beyers Granen, Herbots, HP Pigeons, Jaap Koehoorn products, Vanrobaeys pigeon feed, Belgavet, GPS with Spoor de Kampioenen make a key contribution with free beer in Hall 1 from approx. 5.30 p.m. to the end. From 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m Hall 1 exhibitors highlighted those who have been attending the event for 25 years take part.

A weekend ticket for three days

But those involved in medical advice, nutrition, dietary supplements, natural products and things like that usually attend the fair on Sunday. Logically, because then the exhibitors have more time and there is more space at the stands to see everything properly. Nice that there is now also a Friday on which you can get information from the exhibitors! In addition, a weekend ticket costs only 20 euros, which allows visitors to enjoy three days of pigeon racing.

At the Expo Houten many quality young birds are sold.
After all, there are the youngsters that dominate the atmosphere in Houten. In the spring fair, there is always a lot to offer the thousands of youngsters come mainly from small, well-playing breeders. You will even see by Provincial and National Masters young pigeons from short distance to the extreme long distance. The 4,000 to 6,000 youngsters bring a special atmosphere and coziness and the face of the Spring Fair in these 25 years have determined. For that most visitors come. The exhibitors certainly hope for a successful exhibition. Just like two years ago, when 32 exhibitors were sold out on the first day.

The entrance fee is € 12.50 per person, a weekend ticket for 3 days costs 20 €. Children under 12 have free admission and parking near the venues is free.
